By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to agree to these terms. Chiron Studio LLC does not impose a country-of-residence or card-issuing-country restriction. Payment availability remains subject to Stripe, the customer's payment provider, applicable law, sanctions, and network availability. PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT The Li Ang Season Reading is one personalized, AI-assisted whole-life Chinese astrology reading for personal reflection and entertainment. It covers themes including relationships, work, money, family, identity, current timing, and practical direction. It costs USD 29.99 once. It is a digital service, not a subscription, and there is no physical shipment. Stripe processes payment. Chiron Studio LLC does not receive a full card number or security code. The total price, USD currency, and any tax collected are shown before payment. A customer's payment provider may convert USD to another currency and may charge a conversion or foreign-transaction fee. Checkout may place a temporary authorization while the payment and purchase are verified. DELIVERY AND ACCESS Processing begins after payment is confirmed and the required birth details are accepted. The purchase includes one Li Ang Season Reading, 90 days of private saved online access and AI chat explanations of that saved reading, measured from the successful payment time, and PDF download availability during the same 90-day period. A PDF already downloaded remains on the customer's device after the access period ends. Chiron Studio LLC does not promise online access or another download after 90 days. During the 90-day access period, you may use the AI chat to ask for explanations or clarification of your saved reading. Chat is limited to explaining that reading; it does not create a new chart or reading, provide a later update, or include a human astrologer appointment or review. Keep the private access information secure and download the PDF within 90 days. If payment succeeds but access does not unlock, do not pay again; contact albert@chironstudio.co. If Chiron Studio LLC permanently ends the online service during the 90-day access term, Chiron Studio LLC will use reasonable efforts to give notice and an opportunity to download the PDF. If Chiron Studio LLC cannot restore access or provide the reading as a usable PDF during that term, the customer may request a full refund. AI AND ASTROLOGY LIMITS Li Ang provides AI-assisted Chinese astrology readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings and AI chat explanations are interpretations, are subjective, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Astrology is not a scientific measurement. A reading or chat response does not predict or guarantee events or outcomes and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the reading or chat for a high-stakes decision. The customer remains responsible for their choices. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE The customer keeps ownership of information they submit and permits Chiron Studio LLC to process it to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service. The customer must have permission to submit another person's information. The customer must not use the service unlawfully; submit harmful, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information; interfere with security; scrape, automate, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service; or use it to build or train a competing service. Li Ang's name, software, design, and underlying materials remain the property of Chiron Studio LLC or its licensors. The customer may keep their reading for personal, non-commercial use. REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS Because the personalized digital service begins promptly after payment and required birth details are accepted, sales are final once processing begins, except when a refund is required by law or one of these exceptions applies. Contact Chiron Studio LLC promptly, and ordinarily within 14 calendar days of payment, for a full refund if: - the same reading was charged more than once; - the charge was unauthorized, subject to verification; - the customer requests cancellation before processing begins; - the reading is not delivered and cannot be restored; - online access permanently ends during the 90-day term and Chiron Studio LLC cannot restore access or provide the reading as a usable PDF during that term; - the delivered service materially differs from its description; or - applicable law requires a refund. A change of mind, disagreement with a subjective reading, an outcome that does not occur, or an error in information submitted by the customer is not by itself a service failure. The ordinary 14-day request period does not apply to a later qualifying loss of access and does not shorten any right that applicable law or a payment provider gives the customer. Email albert@chironstudio.co with the checkout email, payment date, amount, and a short description. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or unnecessary birth details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and the payment provider. Refunded access may be disabled. There is no recurring charge to cancel and no physical item to return or exchange. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS These terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer guarantee, cancellation right, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow Chiron Studio LLC to exclude. The ordinary 14-day request period does not shorten a longer mandatory period. Customers retain any mandatory rights and remedies that apply where they live. PRIVACY TERMS Chiron Studio LLC collects and processes: - contact details supplied through Stripe checkout or a support request, such as name and email; - birth date, birth time or unknown-time choice, birthplace, gender or sex at birth used by the chart method, and an optional question; - chart calculations, the saved Li Ang reading, AI chat messages, and support messages; - amount, currency, Stripe transaction identifiers, payment method category, payment status, consent and policy version, and refund or dispute status; and - technical information such as browser or device details, IP address, pages and interaction events, timestamps, and error or security information. Stripe receives the contact, billing, and payment information required for checkout under its own privacy policy. Chiron Studio LLC does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Chiron Studio LLC uses information to calculate the chart, create and provide the reading and its AI chat explanations, maintain 90 days of saved access and PDF download availability, process payments and refunds, provide support, measure basic service performance, secure the site, prevent fraud, comply with law, and enforce its agreements. Reading and chat information may be processed by Moonshot AI and OpenAI. Supabase provides database services, Hostinger provides hosting, Stripe provides payment processing, PostHog provides limited product analytics, and OpenStreetMap services may help resolve birthplace and time-zone information. Chiron Studio LLC may disclose information to these providers, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Chiron Studio LLC does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Product-analytics events are configured not to include the customer's name, email, birth details, question, conversation, reading text, or payment-card details. Chiron Studio LLC is based in the United States. If a customer uses Li Ang from another country, personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States and may also be processed in other countries where the named providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the customer's country. The service stores the chart, optional question, saved reading, and chat messages as needed to provide the service. Private online access, AI chat explanations, and PDF download availability end after 90 days. Purchase, refund, dispute, consent, support, legal, security-log, and backup records may be kept longer when needed to run the business, resolve a request, or comply with law. Depending on location, a customer may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, withdraw consent where that right applies, object to or restrict certain processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. Chiron Studio LLC may verify identity and retain information that law or legitimate recordkeeping needs require it to keep. Contact the privacy contact, Albert, at albert@chironstudio.co. Chiron Studio LLC uses reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. AVAILABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND LIABILITY The service relies on third-party hosting, AI, mapping, software, and payment providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiron Studio LLC and its providers are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data or profits, or decisions based on a reading. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the affected service or USD 100. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. DISPUTES AND CHANGES Before filing a claim, contact albert@chironstudio.co and try to resolve it informally. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights under applicable law.
