Refund policy

Digital purchases

Except where applicable law or the terms of your purchase provide otherwise, digital purchases are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a missing or unusable ebook file, or an ebook that materially differs from its purchase description, contact us with the details below. Available remedies depend on the issue, your purchase terms, and applicable law.

This policy does not reduce a refund promise or other commitment actually made with an earlier purchase.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any cancellation right, consumer guarantee, refund, payment-dispute right, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict. Digital delivery does not remove a statutory right unless the conditions required by applicable law have been met.

Contact about a purchase

Email albert@chironstudio.co with your checkout email, payment date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires, or permits us to agree on, another method. Any legally required deadline applies; the time for a bank or payment provider to display the credit may vary. Refunded access may be disabled.
