Purchases and digital delivery

The offer and checkout identify the ebook, file format, price and currency, and purchase conditions. The current ebook is a downloadable PDF supplied for a one-time payment, with no physical shipment or subscription. Stripe processes payments.

Use accurate purchase information and a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep private purchase-access information secure. The ebook is available to download after confirmed payment. Save the file to your device. The purchase does not include ongoing counseling, appointments, or a hosted service term. Refund and cancellation rights are described in our Refund Policy, your purchase terms, and applicable law.

Content and instructor experiences

Our ebooks and website content provide general information, education, entertainment, or reflection. They do not provide medical, mental-health, nutrition, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No particular personal, health, financial, or other outcome is promised.

The instructor chat at /app/ is a sample design preview with preset replies. Live AI responses are not connected in that preview. The ebook purchase does not include an interactive chat service.

Personal use and permitted conduct

Unless a purchase expressly provides otherwise, paid digital content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the purchased file or private access information except where applicable law permits. Chiron Studio and its licensors retain rights in their materials.

Use the services lawfully. Do not interfere with their security, submit content you have no right to provide, or misuse another person’s information.

Authorized publishing workspace

Access to our private publishing workspace is limited to authorized operators. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and submit only content you have permission to use. Directing a post authorizes the processing and transmission necessary to schedule or publish it. Social-platform rules, permissions, review decisions, and availability affect publication; scheduling does not guarantee publication.

Availability, rights, and changes

Website features can change or be unavailable. This does not remove obligations under an existing purchase or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Later purchase-term changes apply prospectively and do not reduce earlier purchase commitments.

We may update these general terms by posting a revised version and effective date, and provide any notice required by law. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right, remedy, guarantee, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
